The day after my order was confirmed and they began the production process. This is where I got nervous as countless emails suddenly went unanswered. Finally an email came in when it was shipped. What a relief. Within the time of no response which was between 2 to 3 weeks. I began reading reviews and became terrified due to what people were saying about their experience. When the gown arrived I was left in awe! Honestly, the quality of the material and the tailoring was exceptional. I absolutely satisfied with my purchase and will recommend it to any bride on a budget!
